Prior to founding Leadous, Tracey held Vice President and Director roles in Sales & Marketing, with technology corporations like Clockwork Solutions, Descartes (formerly Airclic), IBM (formerly Cognos/Adaytum) and Forsythe Technology. She even successfully owned and operated her own consulting agency for 7 years. Talk about a POWERHOUSE!
