Rick is back from a trip to Philadelphia this week, where he got an exclusive look at Sprint and what is on the horizon when it comes to 5G. It was a demo held at the Chile vs. Panama Copa America soccer match in Philadelphia. Sprint is a major partner in the Copa America tournament. Sprint has been conducting 5G demonstrations at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, and on June 9, 11, with a final showcase for the preliminary rounds on June 14 at Lincoln Field in Philadelphia. Sprint president and CEO, Marcelo Claure, a big soccer fan, is understandably excited about this opportunity.
