Jennifer Johnson and the Baby Strong Workout

When personal trainer Jennifer Johnson gave birth to her son Cole, she had to find a way to stay active while giving her baby the attention he needed. Cole was a high needs baby, so he would never let Jennifer put him down. Jennifer began taking walks carrying Cole and soon incorporated stair workouts and hills using him as her weight for resistance exercises. They both loved the daily workouts and time together and Jennifer got in great post-pregnancy shape. Her experience inspired her to create Baby Strong Workout, a set of cards featuring innovative, fun and effective “mommy & me” exercises and customizable workouts. Jennifer has just launched Baby Strong on Kickstarter to help more moms get active and feel good post-pregnancy!
