Sumo Wrestling Comes to NHK World TV



Rick is talking Sumo Wrestling this week as the national pastime of Japan will have highlight shows now available in the U.S. in a growing number of markets via NHK World TV. NHK WORLD TV, Japan’s English language channel, is proud to announce its partnership with PBS Charlotte (WTVI) based in Charlotte, North Carolina. PBS Charlotte joins New York, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seattle as NHK WORLD TV partners in distributing its Japanese lifestyle and news programming.


Fantasy Football with Hooters Girl, Hannah Williams



Hannah is a Hooters Girl from Irving, Texas and is a soon-to-be law student who already holds a master’s degree in philosophy. Last month, she was recognized as runner up in the 2016 Miss Hooters International Bikini Pageant. She loves to volunteer in the community especially with ESL elementary students. When she’s not busy serving up Hooters world-famous wings, volunteering or studying, you might see her hunting, fishing, rock climbing or painting!


Live from Rio! The US Women’s Rugby Team



Rick is bringing guest on Live from Copacabana Beach in Rio… members of the U.S. Women’ Rugby Team.

Rugby is making its return to the Olympic Games for the first time since 1924. Kelly Griffin and Jillion Potter will compete as a part of the U.S. rugby sevens team, a variant of rugby in which teams are made up of seven players playing seven-minute halves, instead of the usual 15 players playing 40-minute halves.
