Ross Kvinge is a 35 year veteran in the golf business and is currently the President & CEO of PowerBilt Golf. Prior to starting his own business he worked for Spalding Sports as brand manager for Spalding Club division and director of market for the Top-Flight club division. He was soon recruited by Jack Nicklaus to run the sales for Nicklaus Golf Equipment as their VP of Sales. Ross started in the golf business in Seattle, Washington and transfer to Palm Springs where he spent 15 years with Palm Springs Golf equipment.

As an aspiring screenwriter, Scott fell into the art department. After a few years in the union, he returned to Virginia to open a retail pottery studio and got married. His desire to write continued and the initial concept of Bogey was penned as an animated feature film. But it wasn’t until after starting a family, nights reading books to his son, and the encouragement of his wife, did Scott decide to dust off Bogey and develop it into a children’s book series. The idea of creating a book that would capture a golf Dad’s interest, allowing him to bond with his children, and help get the next generation interested in the game of golf and growing children through the golf was inspiring. So with the help of some close friends, Dottie Pepper, and others who believe in the vision, Bogey Ballton and the world of Scooter Pines was born!
Hooked On Golf Blog is one of the very first golf blogs, established back in 2004. Tony has posted nearly 5,000 golf blog posts and over 20,000 golf related photos. Over the years he’s seen hundreds of golf blogs come and go. It takes passion and dedication and a lot of time to do it right.
USTA Nevada Director of Tennis, Ryan Wolfington, joins us to talk various tennis topics. He heads the Marty Hennessey Foundation, works with Mike Agassi No Quit and just does a lot for Las Vegas tennis.
